Public Inquiry

I belong to a Community Farm. We are growing organic fruit and veg and a lot of people have put a lot of voluntary work into it.Now they want to put a road through it. So much for trying to reduce our carbon footprint.The Public Inquiry starts today.

My son commented this morning that all attempts at trying to reduce CO2 output from vehicles are still centred around modifying the internal combustion engine, but shouldn't we be spending more resources looking at an alternative to that? I have to agree.

How do you get funding for that sort of research?
